The room's layout was very efficient. I really liked the desk above the fridge and the mirror opposite the shower. Phone chargers were conveniently located by the bed.. It was a very thoughtful design. The breakfast was really good. Everything tasted fresh. The Zumex orange juicer allowed fresh orange juice.

During check-in the receptionist asked about a confirmation number. She could not locate the reservation with my ID. This created unnecessary panic. No one apologized for this situation.

The breakfast selection had many tasty fresh items. I was able to make my own orange juice using the Zumex juicer. The availability of a hot drink and pastry for a small price was a plus.

The hotel is very near to the main shopping and eating streets. The hotel is also very close to the Astrid tram and metro station. Access to public transport from the hotel is very convenient.

I found convenient self-service options for drinks and essentials. The location was super great. I appreciated how easy it was to check in and out. The room had everything I needed. It was very convenient.

I did not like that the room did not have a water kettle. This is a very basic thing.
